You might be here because the anxiety hasn’t let up. The racing mind, the tight chest, the constant bracing for something you can’t quite name. Or because grief has rearranged your world, and no one seems to understand that it doesn’t run on a schedule. Maybe you’re holding everything together for everyone else while quietly running on empty, or standing in the middle of a life change that’s left you unsure of who you are. Whatever brought you here, the pain can feel isolating, but you don’t have to move through it alone.

In our work together, I’ll help you slow down enough to understand what’s underneath these patterns, not just the thoughts, but what your body has been carrying, too. I draw on ACT and CBT for practical tools you can use now, and on psychodynamic, somatic, and Gestalt approaches to reach the roots of why you feel the way you do. Sometimes that means talking; sometimes it means working with movement, art, or simply noticing what shows up in your body. This is collaborative work. You’re the expert on your own life, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right to you.

What I offer is a steady, warm, curious, and culturally responsive presence, a space to be honest without being judged or rushed. Over time, you’ll recognize the patterns that no longer serve you, loosen their hold, and build a kinder relationship with yourself and others. My hope isn’t just that you feel better, but that you come to live more in line with what matters to you. I work with clients navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

If any of this resonates, reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. We can talk through what you’re looking for and see whether we’re the right fit.
