Anxiety has a way of convincing us we’re the only ones who feel this stuck. You’re not.
I work with individuals and couples in their 20s and 30s who are quietly exhausted by self-doubt that won’t quiet down, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the weight of trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’re the one who’s “fine” until you’re not. Maybe you keep ending up in the same argument with a different name attached. Maybe shame has been running the show for longer than you’d like to admit.
Together, we’ll get curious about where these patterns started, not to dwell there, but to loosen their grip on your present. We’ll build real tools for managing anxiety and big emotions, and work toward relationships that feel steady instead of like a performance. I also love working with clients navigating bicultural identity. I understand the specific weight of straddling family expectation, cultural belonging, and who you actually are.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just nod along, I’ll be honest with you. I draw from attachment theory and EFT as my foundation, layering in person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT, and ACT depending on what you need. The through-line: when you understand yourself and your relationships more clearly, self-compassion and confidence stop feeling like a stretch.
Curious if we’re a fit? I offer 15 minute consults to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether this feels right.
