Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re going through a major change, navigating grief and loss, struggling in relationships, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you through it.

My approach is grounded and compassionate, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you – using whatever works best for you, whether that’s talk therapy, working with dreams and images, paying attention to how your body holds stress, or finding meaning in your experiences.

I believe therapy should feel human. I work from a foundation that’s feminist, anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and deeply respectful of all identities and backgrounds. My goal is to help you find more peace, connection, and wholeness as you navigate trauma, transitions, grief, and emotional pain.

I especially connect with people who feel a bit different – the deep thinkers, creative souls, and those who’ve always felt like outsiders. I’m honored to work with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent people, parents, elders, and anyone seeking a therapist who sees the world a little differently too.

My background combines the clinical and the creative. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Depth Psychology from Meridian University and a BFA from Pacific Northwest College of Art. This blend helps me see your story not just as symptoms to treat, but as a meaningful journey unfolding.

In our work together, you’ll find a space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself – no judgment, just genuine support.
